StayWorks started with two people tired of watching great glamping sites held together by spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups. So we built the system we wished we had.
Proudly based in Lancashire
Our story
StayWorks was built by Reece and Dan, a software development partnership from Lancashire. Between us we have more than 30 years of experience across software development and hospitality, and we have spent a long time on both sides of the counter.
We have run glamping sites ourselves, and we have worked as consultants for other festival-based glamping sites. Wherever we looked, especially at temporary sites, we saw the same picture: a muddled mix of spreadsheets, Google Forms and WhatsApp groups, with staff in one place, guests in another and bookings somewhere else entirely.
So we set out to improve communication, organisation and booking, and to bring all of those disconnected tools into one easy-to-use workflow that works for site owners, guests and staff alike. That is StayWorks.

With over 25 years of hospitality experience covering event management, restaurant management and even mixology and fine cuisine, Reece has a wealth of experience across every aspect of hospitality.
Marketing Director
With over 10 years of experience in marketing, social media management, graphic design and photography, Dan brings a unique outlook to product development, ensuring our software is easy to use, intuitive and solves real problems.
