You keep ownership of the information you put into StayWorks. For information about your guests and staff, you are the controller and we are your processor. We will process it only on your instructions, as set out in our data processing terms.

We aim to keep StayWorks available and to fix problems quickly, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may carry out maintenance and, where we can, we will do it outside busy event periods.
Support is available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00, by phone, live chat and email. We also provide emergency technical support 24hrs a day whilst your event is running. Contact details for emergency support will be supplied 48hrs before the start of your event.
We and our licensors own StayWorks, including the software, designs and branding. While you have an active plan, you have a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it. You keep ownership of your own content and data, and you allow us to use it only to provide the service to you.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, bookings or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for anything arising from your use of StayWorks in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
You can stop using StayWorks at any time, subject to any event you have already paid for. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or do not pay, giving you reasonable notice where we can.
When the agreement ends we will make your data available for you to export for 30 days and then delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes before they take effect. If you keep using StayWorks after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
