You can contact us at support@stayworks.co.uk or on 03338 80 30 90.
We act in two different roles. For information collected through this website, such as enquiries and demo bookings, we decide how and why it is used, so we are the controller.
For information that glamping sites put into the StayWorks platform about their own guests and staff, the site operator decides how and why it is used. The operator is the controller and we act as their processor. If you are a guest or staff member at a site that uses StayWorks, please contact that site first about your information. We will help the site to respond to your request.

Card payments are handled by Stripe and paid directly into the site operator's own Stripe account. We do not store full card numbers.
